Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and meticulous Architectural Technician to become a part of our team. As an Architectural Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to our architects and designers in the design and advancement of building projects. Your proficiency in technical drawings, building codes, and construction processes will facilitate the realization of our concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the development of architectural blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to generate intricate technical illustrations.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to guarantee the accuracy and adherence to construction regulations.
- Perform on-site inspections to collect essential data for drawings and plans.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to get project specifications and information.
- Evaluate and modify designs in response to input from project stakeholders.
- Ensure the precise and meticulous maintenance of project documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Possession of an Associate degree in Architectural Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD and other drafting software.

- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
